As an Entry Level Sales and Marketing rep, you will play a crucial role in our efforts to increase brand awareness and help the community protect their homes!
Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with community members to improve and protect their homes and businesses.
- Build rapport with potential clients and answer any questions they may have.
- Collect data through conversation and schedule clients for free in-home demos.
- Collaborate with team members to strategize outreach efforts.
- Supervise and mentor new entry level reps as needed.
- Utilize bilingual skills to reach a broader audience when applicable.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in canvassing, sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate messages clearly.
- Experience in marketing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
