Job Summary: We're looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Director to manage our marketing initiatives, enhance our brand presence, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate with 3rd party marketing agencies
- Optimize and regularly update our Google Business page
- Oversee the management of our GLSA program
- Develop and implement organic social media strategies, including content creation, reels, and responding to inquiries
- Collaborate with the sales team to select and manage digital lead sources (e.g., Angi, NextDoor, Thumbtack)
- Plan, coordinate, and attend trade shows
- Design and execute targeted drip email campaigns
- Develop and distribute targeted mailers with the support of sales manager
- Maintain and update our website, including team bios and other relevant content
- Work closely with the Director of Business Development to refine strategy, metrics, and conversion of existing relationships
- Participate in storm canvassing with the team (as needed)
- Assist with invoicing, warranty registration, and other administrative tasks
- Perform various office management duties
Requirements:
