Key Responsibilities:
· Prospect new leads and generate appointments through door-to-door sales.
· Build strong relationships with homeowners and property managers.
· Conduct roof inspections, explain product offerings, and close sales.
· Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on all leads.
· Comfortable walking roofs to assess potential client needs.
· Maintain records of sales activities and progress.
Qualifications:
· Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working outdoors.
· A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
· Must be comfortable walking roofs during inspections.
· Sales experience required.
