Responsibilities:
- Independently scout storm-affected areas, prospect roofing opportunities with property owners
- Set up property inspections, estimates, and pitch the company as a resource during the insurance claim process
- Meet with insurance adjusters, develop scope for projects, and formalize contracts with property owners
- Learn advanced roofing systems and estimate other relevant exterior trades (siding, gutters, windows)
- Document all activities in CRM and project management systems
- Assist in project management and accounts receivable tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Work both in the field and in the office
- Ability to drive a company vehicle with a valid driver’s license
- Use a ladder to inspect roofs and other exterior trades
- Participate in company meetings and training sessions
Work Environment:
The Sales Associate role involves a variety of on-site projects and office-related tasks, reporting directly to Sales Managers in the Tulsa metro area.
Position Type/Expected Hours Worked:
Hybrid work acceptable; This is a full-time position, and some on-site projects or inspections may require early mornings and late afternoons beyond a typical ‘9 to 5’ job.
Physical Demands:
The Associate should be able to stand, sit in an office space, see, hear, and understand speech, communicate, lift computer equipment, supplies, and materials. The Associate is exposed to typical office working conditions. Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
