Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background with In-Home Sales and customer service, with a proven ability to negotiate and upsell products effectively. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through in home sales, canvassing, networking, account management, and delivering engaging product demos to prospective clients.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations that effectively showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management.
  • Utilize Acculynx for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the Sales manager to develop strategies that enhance lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in the market.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in general sales or construction sales roles, preferably with homeowners.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
  • Experience with AccuLynx CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with potential clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques in sales strategies.
