- Commission and Bonuses.

What is expected:
- Support our Mighty Pledge to homeowners including top dog communication, on-time service, cleanliness, and integrity.
- Meet directly with homeowners and business owners to inspect and document any storm damage.
- Create estimates based on industry-specific software, drone footage, and personal inspection of the roof.
- Ability to present and close sales agreements.
- Follow up on leads and generate new ones.
- Manage the entire customer lifecycle including lead generation, generating customer proposals, job day production oversight, insurance documentation, collection of customer payments, and ensuring job profitability.
- Ability to set up a ladder and walk a residential or business roof.
- Ability to pass an FAA Drone exam and achieve license (company paid for).
What you'll bring:

- Roofing sales experience or similar work environment is preferred.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to manage job profitability and ensure company success.
- Comfortable working alone with little to no supervision.
- Experience with CRM software and building customer proposals.
- Valid Driver's License.
