Mighty Green Lawn Care is seeking experienced, career-minded professionals to join our team.
Lawn Care Technicians are independently responsible for both Residential and Commercial application of fertilizer, pre-emergent and post-emergent weed control, lime, insecticides, and fungicides.
We are currently interviewing Technician candidates for our locations in Alabaster and Trussville. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. We have an extensive training program for both new and veteran technicians. If you are looking for a career in the lawn care industry this may be the opportunity for which you've been searching. The position of Lawn Care Technician is year-round and full-time.

Mighty Green technicians earn a base salary, plus commission via incentives and sales, and can expect to earn between $40K to $55K per year.
Applicants should:
- Be good with time-management
- Be able to work outdoors, independently, with minimum supervision
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history
- You must pass a drug screen and background check
- Experience in the lawn or landscape industry preferred, but not necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week
