Responsibilities
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a positive experience for all children.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain health and safety standards.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
- Support the emotional and social development of each child through positive interactions.
Requirements
- Experience in daycare or early childhood education is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
- First aid certification is required or must be obtained upon hire.
