Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Clinic, School and Home-Based Opportunities Available

We are looking for passionate and dynamic Pediatric Occupational Therapists to join our team at Mighty Minds and Muscles Therapy & Coaching Services. Locations:
- School-based caseloads available in all 5 NYC boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Staten Island, Queens
- Clinic-based work: Tribeca, Manhattan
- Home-based sessions: All areas of NYC and Jersey City, NJ
Experienced therapists who want to lead evaluations or help with program development and mentorship are highly encouraged to apply. We provide the most through evaluations in town. Come be a Clinical Leader and grow with our practice. Short-term and long-term growth opportunities available.
New grads are also welcome, especially if you have experience through fieldwork and a passion for school-based OT. We provide mentorship to support your growth into a seasoned pediatric therapist.

Available Roles:

- Flexible hours: Monday to Friday (for school caseloads) and Monday to Sunday (for clinic/home visits)
- Part-time or Full-time opportunities available – you choose your schedule!
- Weekend availability is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (teachers, special educators, other therapists) to deliver comprehensive care
- Engaging children through innovative, fun, and meaningful activities that go beyond traditional therapy
- Conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and implementing therapy sessions
- Mentoring junior therapists and contributing to program development
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Pediatric experience is required (new grads with fieldwork experience considered for school caseloads)
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and creative, with a passion for working with children
- Able to work independently but open to mentorship and learning opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Licensed in New York State (NJ OT license necessary for NJ cases.)
- Willing to invest in their professional growth and development through ongoing mentorship and continuing education
- Ability to obtain NYC DOE Fingerprinting and clearance immediately
Compensation:
- Pay Range: starting $60 - $125/hr (dependent on experience, caseloads, locations and performance)
- 1099 Contractor position
