We are seeking a highly skilled pastry professional to join our team at Migis Lodge on Sebago Lake. As a pastry assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all product is available for respective meals and assisting the Pastry Chef in controlling food and labor costs.
Job Description
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts for meal service.
- Assist the Pastry Chef with menu planning and creation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
