As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience from the moment they arrive until they depart. Your role will involve greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with luggage and providing information about our resort and its amenities.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.
- Engage guests in conversation and actively orient them to the property, amenities, and experiences.
- Thank guests with genuine appreciation and bid them a fond farewell at departure.
- Actively listen to and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests.
- Anticipate guest service needs and proactively approach guests needing service or assistance.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with guests and employees.
- Ability to work as a part of a team.
- Ability to understand verbal directions, labels on chemicals, and other workplace safety signage.
- Active listening and observation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with deadlines and stressful situations.
