We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a compassionate and professional approach when interacting with clients. This role requires handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients with inquiries, and ensuring that each interaction is handled with respect and kindness.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs, clarify concerns, research issues, and provide accurate solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by going the extra mile to ensure their needs are met.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions.
