Your Next Challenge:
As our Business Development Manager, your primary mission will be to drive business expansion in the Metro Detroit area, fostering meaningful relationships with clients, candidates, and consultants across different sectors. You’ll balance three key pillars in your role:
Business Development:
- Grow your portfolio and identify new business opportunities in Detroit's competitive market.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction and new project acquisition.
- Sell MIGSO-PCUBED’s premier project management services to clients and manage large-scale projects.
Management & Recruitment:
- Collaborate closely with our Talent Acquisition team to recruit, interview, and hire top-tier consultants for your business unit.
- Develop and empower your team by providing coaching, mentorship, and clear career paths, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Identify and cultivate growth opportunities within your team and ensure continuous professional development.
Profit Center Management:
- Oversee the revenue growth and profitability of your business unit while managing project delivery.
- Ensure that client expectations are met, and that projects are delivered successfully with top-tier quality.
- Manage and report on financial targets, ensuring that your unit remains aligned with both short-term and long-term company objectives.
Who You Are:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Experience: 4-10 years of experience in service sales, business development, or client account management.
- Results-Oriented: You have a track record of closing large-scale business deals and growing enterprise-level accounts.
- Leadership: You’re business-minded, results-oriented, and have the self-discipline to lead and unite multidisciplinary teams toward a common goal.
- Relationship Builder: You have a proven ability to create lasting relationships both internally and externally with clients.
- Location: You are local to the Detroit area and familiar with the local business landscape.

- In-Person Interview (1 hour): Meet with the Hub Business Unit Manager to dive deeper into your experience and motivation.
- Virtual or In-Person Interview (1 hour): Engage with a Regional Director, highlighting your business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Coffee Chat (30 minutes): Informal chat with the a Business Unit Manager to discuss company culture and leadership style.
- In-Person Interview (1 hour): Virtual interview with the U.S. Country Manager to finalize your candidacy.
