Your Next Challenge
As we expand our operations across North America, we're looking for a dedicated professional to help us identify and attract top talent for our Ann Arbor hub. You will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure we hire the best individuals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruiting by understanding role requirements, tailoring candidate searches through job advertisements, sourcing, and establishing strong relationships with potential hires.
- Act as a trusted partner to Business Managers, ensuring alignment on talent needs while providing candidates with a positive experience.
- Leverage various digital sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Represent our company as a Brand Ambassador at networking events, local chapters, and university functions.
- Lead Talent Acquisition projects aimed at continuous improvement of our hiring processes, collaborating with teams around the globe.
- Work collaboratively within the recruitment team while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment.
Who Are You?
You possess a Bachelor's degree and have 2 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably within the manufacturing sector. You are skilled in utilizing diverse sourcing techniques and have strong interview and screening abilities.
As an independent and autonomous professional, you know when to seek guidance. You're goal-oriented and aspire to grow your career. Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and results-driven focus will set you up for success in this role. Your adaptability allows you to navigate a multi-layered environment with a variety of stakeholders. A proactive attitude and exceptional organization skills enable you to excel.
