Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager/Content Creator/Face of the brand to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, social media management tools, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives including SEO and advertising campaigns.
- Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media management.
- Proofread content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines before publication.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite for designing graphics and visual content that enhances social media posts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration with social media strategies is preferred.
- Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar applications.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for content creation is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources to inform strategy adjustments and improve performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends and an eagerness to learn new skills.
