The Meat Cutter is responsible for preparing cuts of meat. This job includes but is not limited to special and custom orders, inventory control, equipment maintenance, maintaining safety and sanitation compliance, preparation, and presentation of in-house products while offering advice on the different cuts. A Meat cutter has refined skills and experience of handling and presenting different kinds of meats. They are responsible for ensuring satisfaction and maintaining quality service.
