Assistant Operations Manager
Job Overview
The Assistant Operations Manager will assist the Operations Manager in the daily oversight of the contract. This role will focus on supporting the operational staff and ensuring the effective dispatching of vehicles and assistance to passengers.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of curbside operations, including vehicle dispatching, crowd control, and customer service.
- Supervise and train operational staff, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Support operational improvements by identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Help implement diversion efforts and ensure services meet quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for shift coverage, employee breaks, and handling irregular operations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of customer service training programs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ground transportation management or airport services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in supervising and training staff.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
