The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of clients (companies and partnerships), overseeing compliance and regulatory requirements, and providing mentorship to junior team members. The role includes tasks such as onboarding/offboarding clients, ensuring compliance with Beneficial Ownership and Economic Substance regulations, billing and invoicing, and preparing internal and external reports.
Some Of The Things You’ll Be Doing
- A thorough understanding of industry best practices for all registered offices and registered agents.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
- Mentor and support junior team members as needed.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding processes and update client databases (e.g., ViewPoint).
- Process statutory filings, resolutions, and regulatory deadlines with ROC and CIMA.
- Manage invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring timely billing.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and global regulatory standards.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned by senior management.
- 4 years of senior corporate administration experience.
- Strong understanding of corporate structures, local regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Proficiency in systems such as ViewPoint, CAP, CORIS, Microsoft Office Suite, and billing systems (e.g., Adex or SAP).
- Experience managing junior team members and interacting with clients/intermediaries.
- Knowledge of Economic Substance Notification Filings, REEFs platform, and regulatory cycles.
- Familiarity with Laserfiche for document management.
