Position Overview :

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team. The Server Assistant will support servers and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests. This role is vital in maintaining the cleanliness of the dining area, assisting with food delivery, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting Servers : Support servers in delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner.
• Clearing and Setting Tables : Clear dishes and reset tables quickly for incoming guests, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Guest Assistance : Help guests with their needs, including refilling water glasses, providing extra napkins or utensils, and ensuring a comfortable dining experience.
• Maintaining Cleanliness : Ensure that the dining area, service stations, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained throughout service hours.
• Supporting the Team : Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service, and assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Ensuring Safety and Sanitation : Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the proper handling of food and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Positive Attitude : Provide friendly, efficient service while contributing to a positive atmosphere within the restaurant.
