Certification Details BLS ACLS Job Details Ascension Borgess Cardiac Cath Area consists of 6 labs 4 Cath labs and 2 EP labs Cases consist of Left and right heart caths with PCI Structural Heart cases (Watchman TAVR) EP cases PPM and Ablations Peripheral cases and PE cases We use Cerner for EMR Merge is the Hemo dynamics system used at our facility Hospital scrubs provided Hours of operation 0730-1800 Monday thru Friday Team on call for the weekend will cover cases as needed on the weekends With call for after hours during the week and on weekends Call requirements for all staff is 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 4th to 5th weekend CVL RN’s Circulate and administer moderate sedation to patients during procedures CVL RN’ will at time also record (document procedures) Job Requirements Must have current Michigan RN license BLS certification required ACLS certification required Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment Documentation of vaccination series completion or declination to vaccine Schedule Information Hours of operation 0730-1800 Monday thru Friday Call requirements for all staff is 1 night per week and 1 weekend every 4th to 5th weekend Unit Specific Information CVL RN’s Circulate and administer moderate sedation to patients during procedures CVL RN’ will at time also record (document procedures) Additional Details Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer. No declinations accepted. Required for all travelers. Preferred to be completed prior to start, can be completed onsite. Flu season is October 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025. Exemptions / Declinations are accepted, but candidate will be required to wear a mask at all times.
