Job Requirements BLS required ACLS required Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals Completed prior to first assignment and updated every 3 years thereafter in specialty Completed prior to start and updated every 3 years HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics completed within a year of start updated yearly Group A is updated yearly, Group B-F is updated every 2 years Documentation of vaccination series completion OR documentation of declination to vaccine to be signed and dated by traveler 1st PPD within 1 year, 2nd PPD within 30 days of start Documented proof of two Varicella vaccines, serological evidence of immunity, or verification of a history of varicella or herpes zoster (shingles) by a healthcare provider Valid 10 years from the administered date Statement of good health or completed physical exam prior to first assignment, updated annually thereafter
