On call requirements of : max 16 hours of call in a 6 week period. Job Requirements Current Michigan RN License BLS certification NRP certification Fit Test Hepatitis B documentation Influenza Vaccine documentation Varicella documentation Tdap documentation 2 Step PPD OR IGRA documentation Health Statement Driver's License / State ID Nursys verification License / Certificate Verification Ascension Skills Checklist Ascension Specialty Exam Ascension Color Vision Ascension Core Competencies Ascension Fetal Monitoring Additional Details Documented proof of two MMR vaccines or Positive IGG Titer.
