Mikan Associates LLC dba Mikan seeks Associate Data & Analytics Consultants (multiple positions). Associate Data & Analytics Consultants to support data management, data governance and AI consulting services and solutions. Support team in harnessing data to present to stakeholders providing them with true business insight to build focused learning agendas and targeting and segmentation strategies for prospect marketing. Rely on standard and emerging business intelligence analytics tools in areas including customer segmentation, attribution modeling, marketing campaign design and predictive analytics.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative data analysis to extract actionable insights.
- Apply experience with diagnosing and addressing client hindsight and forward-looking business questions while presenting a range of solution options.
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
- Collaborate with clients' cross-functional teams to understand their unique business requirements to guide data preparation and analytics design and development.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to inform and influence client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Apply experience with data profiling and data cleansing skills.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (ERPs, CRMs, Flat Files, Legacy business applications) into data warehouses and analytics platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by resolving data conflicts and performing data quality assessments.
- Utilize a range of data management, analytics, and AI technologies (including one of the following: Snowflake, Fivetran, Tableau, SAS, Power BI, PySpark or AWS Sage Maker).
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Notebook or R for data modeling.
- Experience with data governance industry best practices.
Minimum functional and technical skill requirements:
Applicant’s experience must include:
- Experience with diagnosing and addressing client hindsight and forward-looking business questions while presenting a range of solution options.
- · Hands-on and domain knowledge of data management, analytics, and AI technologies (including one of the following: Snowflake, Fivetran, Tableau, SAS, Power BI, PySpark or AWS Sage Maker).
- · Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, Notebook or R for data modeling.
- Experience with data profiling and data cleansing skills.
- Experience with data governance industry best practices.
Minimum education and experience requirements:
Applicant must have master’s degree in, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field or equivalent and 6 months of relevant work experience as Associate Data & Analytics Consultant, Research Associate, Data Scientist, Strategic Communication analyst, or related occupation.
ADDITIONAL:
Annual Salary: $93,974.00 to $98,974.00
