Location: Mikano Furniture, Vineland, NJ
- Warehouse Duties:
- Organize and manage inventory, ensuring products are accurately labeled and stored
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring all items are secure and ready for transport
- Assist with unloading and loading furniture from trucks, making sure all items are safely handled
- Delivery Driving & Transport:
- Operate company vehicles to deliver furniture to customers' homes or business locations.
- Plan and execute short or long-distance routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries, adhering to delivery schedules.
- Safely load and secure items in the vehicle, ensuring that furniture is transported without damage.
- Communicate with customers upon arrival and during delivery, providing excellent customer service and ensuring satisfaction with the product.
- Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and experience operating large vehicles (box trucks, etc.)
- Ability to lift heavy furniture and move quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable with long-distance driving and managing delivery routes environment.
