Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, located in Louisville, KY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include managing phone and email communications, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs.
