Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of automotive repairs and maintenance tasks. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair various automotive issues, including mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
- Conduct automotive diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment - Collaborate with other technicians to solve complex problems
- Keep accurate records of all repairs and services performed
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations to customers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and industry trends
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an automotive technician program or relevant certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, and brakes
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
