Responsibility Summary
- Converting showroom visitors into customers by engaging to understand their needs, wants, and interests to match them with a vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of the Ford model line-up and our key competitors to win buyers in a competitive market
- Nurture leads within our pipeline and convert them to loyal customers
- Maintain reporting and recording in our CRM
- Assist with showroom and promotion setup
