What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ford Parts Counterperson position at Mike Bass Ford?
Ford Parts Counter Person immediate opening available for someone who is knowledgeable about automotive parts and accessories, and can accurately assist technicians and customers with their requests. He or she locates parts within the current inventory using Snap-on Parts catalogs and Reynolds and Reynolds Dealer Management System or from other sources ( such as the internet, vendors other dealerships, etc..).
The ideal candidate would be working with our service department at the parts counter in a fast pace environment and able to answer phone calls, along with helping retail customer at the retail parts counter. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality along with strong customer service and organizational skills. Strong phone and computer skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills would be a must.
The work hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday thru Friday including 1 Saturday per month 7:00am - 3:00pm.
