Mike Castrucci Chevrolet seeks to fill a full-time Business Development Representative position. Interested individuals must have a positive attitude and great customer service skills.  

• Summary
  • The Sales BDR position is expected to data mine our customer database to generate Sales appointments for the dealership.
  • The Sales BDR is also expected to answer incoming phone calls for the Sales Department and may be required to answer internet inquiries from time-to-time.

    Essential Duties 
    Essential Duties include the following:
  • Communicates effectively, whether by phone, by e-mail, or in person.
  • Maintains a prospect tracking and follow-up schedule within our customer database.
  • Makes outbound prospecting calls inviting prospects to the dealership.
  • Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade their vehicle.
  • Contacts all no-show appointments to reschedule for a later time.
  • Constantly update and purify customer records.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
