We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Associate with a specialization in painting to join our maintenance team. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for various painting projects across our dealership facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Execute painting projects across dealership premises, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks as assigned, including but not limited to minor repairs, touch-ups, and upkeep of facilities.
- Coordinate with other maintenance team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in painting, preferably within a commercial setting.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
