Two years of previous office experience is required. An existing P&C license in the State of Missouri is welcomed, but we will help the right candidate obtain the necessary license. This role will work closely with account managers to manage client expectations and account servicing needs. This is a service role and has no sales requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Assist account manager with servicing designated book of business as relating to marketing, claims and administration.
- Responds to client inquiries, documents communications, issues and resolution
- Ensure essential tasks are completed for the client at appropriate times in the service cycle.
- Maintain excellent carrier relationships to provide client advocacy at appropriate times.
- Resolve client issues with a sense of urgency to avoid disruptions in client service and/or coverage.
- Inform account manager/producer of situations that could impact account retention and/or client satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Intermediate to advanced skills in navigating Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Minimum 2 years of business/office experience preferred.
- Team player who takes initiative and is self-motivated to continuous learning and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve challenges effectively.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact well with diverse personalities.
- Able to operate independently with minimal supervisor intervention.
- Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with a detail-focused approach.
- Ability to complete continuing education requirements as needed.
- Ability to efficiently organize work and manage time to meet deadlines.
