In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving business development, and fostering strong relationships with clients in both English and Spanish. Your expertise in account management and insurance sales will be essential in analyzing market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
Duties
- Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking client interactions, managing sales pipelines, and reporting on account performance.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and effectively communicating benefits to clients.
- Develop strategic plans for account growth and execute on those plans to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably in a insurance sales or related field enviroment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market conditions and client needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments to drive sales initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,500.00 per week
