Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to maximize performance.

  • Conduct regular territory assessments to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales growth.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills in direct sales and account management.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Skills

  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong background in territory management and business development.
  • Proficiency in using software tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Effective account management capabilities, ensuring client needs are met consistently.
  • Knowledge of technology sales is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
