Duties

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients to secure favorable agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy details in the sales administration system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Stay updated on insurance products, benefits administration, and regulatory changes affecting the industry.
Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong background in customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and the ability to analyze client needs will be advantageous.
