We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic worksite insurance sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer base with Combined Worksite benefits in Oklahoma . You will leverage your sales expertise to develop relationships, identify opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities within the territory.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential areas for upselling and cross-selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, account status, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
