What are the responsibilities and job description for the SEAFOOD PREPARATION STAFF position at Mike Linnigs?
We are searching for candidates who will enjoy working with others in a fast-paced environment and who have a desire to help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests, Seafood preparation staff main duties and responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cutting fish into the standard size as defined for Mike Linnig's Restaurant
- Mix the required ingredients to batter all seafood as defined for Mike Linnig's Restaurant
- Batter all seafood as required by hand or by machine
- Preparing the work area for the next shift which would include moving product from the storage area to the work area and other necessary tools
- Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils throughout the day and at the end of the shift, including sweeping the floors
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds for more
- Must be available to work early mornings, nights and weekends
- Able to work in a fast-past environment
- Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
