As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring an exceptional experience from the moment they inquire about a vehicle or schedule service to the time they drive off the lot. You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager and sales teams to build relationships and drive dealership success.
Your Day-to-Day
- Handle inbound sales inquiries – respond promptly, professionally, and according to script
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers who have visited the dealership
- Engage with customers via email and text, answering questions and providing information
- Confirm appointments and reschedule missed ones, keeping our pipeline active
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls to ensure top-tier service and follow up on any concerns
- Log customer interactions in the CRM, updating records and keeping our database accurate

- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles (automotive experience a plus!)
- Must be able to work full-time, including rotating shifts and alternating Saturdays

- Ability to build relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience
- A multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with CRM experience (or a willingness to learn!)
