The Fleet Service Consultant plays a key role in expanding our fleet services by developing and maintaining strong relationships with dealership clients. This position involves identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets to support the company’s growth objectives.
Your Day-to-Day
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s fleet services and products.
- Identify and engage prospective clients through market research, networking and referrals.
- Provide extraordinary service to existing fleet customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to address customers’ specific fleet service needs.
- Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using the company’s CRM system.

- Stable employment history and proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or fleet service industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive services, fleet management and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships.
- Self-motivated with results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with DMS/CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
