What You’ll Do:- Greet customers with a smile and guide them through the service experience.
- Provide expert advice on maintenance and repairs with clarity and confidence.
- Keep up with repair orders, estimates, and follow-ups to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
- Build trust by ensuring quality service and communicating clearly.
- Collaborate with technicians to keep the workflow smooth and efficient.
- Stable employment history and prior automotive service advisor experience (Quick Lane experience is a big plus!).
