If this sounds good to you, we're looking for a Sales and Finance Manager to "float" between our Chevy GMC store in Longmont and our Cadillac GMC store in Boulder -- bringing energy, expertise, and leadership to both locations!
What You'll be Doing:
- Flexing your skills across two locations! You'll work at both our Longmont and Boulder stores, supporting teams and customers where you're needed most.
- Making deals happen! Help customers secure financing while maximizing dealership profitability.
- Leading & motivating! Coach and inspire sales teams to hit goals and exceed expectations.
- Driving revenue! Develop strategies to boost sales, improve finance penetration, and increase gross profit.
- Keeping it compliant! Ensure all financing paperwork is accurate and meets industry regulations.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3-5 years automotive finance or sales management experience -- ideally, both!
- Proven track record of sales and finance performance.
- Prior DMS experience; DealerTrack preferred.
- Outstanding organization and follow up skills.
- Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be goal-driven and have strong desire to succeed.
- Must have a clean driving record.
