Mike's Famous Harley-Davidson is seeking an Accounting Administrator to join our team at our award winning dealership. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our accounting operations within the dealership.
Responsibilities would be but not limited to:
· Aftermarket submission and cancellations
· Manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
· Assists with end of month reports and procedures
· Perform data entry and journal postings
· Carry out accounting duties, including account reconciliation and journal entries
· Ensures credit is received for outstanding memos.
· Reconciles all warranty receivables and works with the accounting department to obtain payments.
· Assist with other accounting tasks as needed
Requirements:
· A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience working in the automotive industry within the accounting department would be preferred.
· Must have an understanding of accounting entries and GAAP..
