Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team as Lawn Technicians. This full-time, fast paced position involves year-round responsibilities in lawn care, tree care, groundskeeping, and snow removal. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team environment. Must be *18 years and older. $17.00 per hour, based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, spring and fall clean-ups during the appropriate seasons
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming and tree maintenance
- Assist in groundskeeping duties to maintain the overall appearance of outdoor spaces
- Engage in snow removal operations and shop maintenance during winter months
Requirements:
- Experience in lawn care or related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality results
- Positive attitude with a focus on teamwork and collaboration
- Valid driver's license for operating company vehicles
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of lawn maintenance practices is an advantage
- Reliable transportation to and from company location
