Golf Cart Rental Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Rental Manager to oversee our rental operations and ensure exceptional service for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have mechanical and driving experience and be able to provide outstanding customer service. This role requires effective communication skills, computer and mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the rental process from start to finish, including inquiries, bookings, and customer follow-up.
• Coordinate events and activities, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations during events.
• Maintain inventory of rental equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in excellent condition.
• Develop promotional strategies to increase rental bookings and enhance guest experiences.
• Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

• ANSWER INCOMING CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS AND VENDORS.

• BE ABLE TO APPLY 100% TO THIS COMPANY DURING WORK HOURS.

REQUIREMENTS.

• MUST HAVE A VALID GEORGIA DRIVERS LICENSE.
• CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
• ABLE TO PASS A DRUG TEST
• COMPUTER EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS. WILL TRAIN ON RENTAL SOFTWARE.
• TEAM PLAYER ONLY.
• ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS
• ABLE TO SHOW UP ON TIME EVERYTIME.
• MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS.
• ABLE TO LOAD, UNLOAD AND DRIVE TRUCK AND TRAILER.
• HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS. IN PERSON, ON PHONE AND EMAIL.

• PROCESS PAPERWORK INCLUDING RENTAL AGREEMENTS, QUOTES AND OTHER DOCUMENTS.
• INVENTORY GOLF CART RENTAL FLEET.
• WORK SOME WEEKENDS WITH TIME OFF DURING THE WEEK.
• DRIVE ONE TON TRUCK WITH 40' TRAILER.
• LOAD, UNLOAD AND SECURE GOLF CARTS FOR TRANSPORT.
• WORK SOME WEEKENDS WITH TIME OFF DURING THE WEEK.
• ASSISTING WITH SALES, PARTS, SERVICE AND FRONT DESK WHEN NOT WORKING ON RENTAL DUTIES.
• ASSISTING IN ANY OTHER FUNCTIONS AS NEEDED AND ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.45 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
