Mike Savoie Volkswagen is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and professional individual to join our growing Sales team!
Due to our prime location in the Troy Motor Mall, there is no shortage of customer traffic either walking in on the floor or calling in on the phone. We are also equipped with a fully staffed Business Development Department (BDC) to extend our reach well beyond our local zip codes. If you’re willing to put in the work, the earning potential is well over $100,000/year.

Responsibilities:
- Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
- Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
- Leverage CRM and DMS dealership systems
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations.
- Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Ready to waste no time on learning new products and eager to improve
- Ability to adapt to the ever-changing sales environment and customer demands
- Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
- Ability to accurately and efficiently process/sign all legally required paperwork
- Must be able to multi-task while being detailed oriented

Qualifications
- Previous sales/customer experience (a plus)
- Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a progressive process driven environment
- Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Must be willing to maintain a clean professional appearance
- Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
