What are the responsibilities and job description for the Telemarketer/Lead Generator position at Mike Stein - Farm Bureau Insurance Agency?
Our insurance office is looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level telemarketer/ lead generator opportunity. As an entry level telemarketer/ lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate appointments. This position is flexible/work from home, but must be available for in-office training.

- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
- Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.
- Obtain prospects information.
- Informs customers of promotions and new or upgraded products using prepared scripts.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn and be resourceful.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Professional phone etiquette.
