Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain financial records.
  • Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before billing to customer.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office support role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with office management software and tools is essential.
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
  • Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail are required.
  • Background in data entry or clerical work is beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
