Job Description:
Mike White Ford is seeking Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. Automotive Sales Consultants provide truly exceptional experiences for our guests and our community by providing solutions to their needs and expertise about our vehicles and services.
Our consultants are committed to providing a modern experience for our guests and assisting in both digital and physical capacities. We offer a paid training program which allows those with previous Automotive Sales experience and those without an equal opportunity for success.

Responsibilities:
· Offering assistance and knowledge to guests in both physical and digital capacities
· Creating meaningful relationships with guests through rapport, respect and on-going communication
· Demonstrating expert knowledge on vehicles
· Providing a pleasant and expedited experience through the Mike White Ford sales process, including vehicle walk-arounds, test drives, paperwork and delivery
· Foster a solutions-based philosophy with proper introductions to the Service, Parts and Accessories team
Requirements
· Valid Driver’s License
· Pass Background Check & Drug Screening
· Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
· Self-Motivated and Competitive Spirit
· Team Player committed to collective success
· Basic Computer Skills (Internet, Software, Email, etc.)
· Excellent time management and follow-through skills
· Previous Sales Experience is preferred but not required
