Duties
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer experience.
- Utilize basic math skills for accurate cash handling and processing transactions at the cash register.
- Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stock areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to company policies regarding cash handling.
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products.
- Help Assist with phone calls, online orders, part orders etc.
- Help create quotes over the phone.
Experience
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Familiarity with Appliances/Furniture operations is a plus.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and performing retail math calculations.
- Experience with collaboration sales techniques is beneficial for working within a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new product information and sales strategies.
- Appliance/Furniture Sales would be a plus.
