WHAT WE NEED

MikeWorldWide (MWW) has an exciting opportunity for a Content Production Supervisor to join Everywhere, a MikeWorldWide company.

MWW is seeking an outstanding social-focused video production manager to become a part of the team. The Content Production Supervisor is responsible for supporting the strategy, creative direction, and oversees the project management of social-first content. This includes supporting concept development, process development, production guidance, and workflow management. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of creativity, technical production skills, and social media expertise. Responsibilities include strong communication & coordination across internal teams, managing client communications, and supporting in-house production needs to ensure the successful execution & delivery of video projects across various digital platforms.

This position is part of a fast-growing social and creative team. You’ll report in to the VP of Production and work closely with our GVP of Digital. The Supervisor of Digital Content will be the bridge between creative, clients, and digital team members to ensure seamless execution of video projects.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES)

Production Oversight:

• Serve as the primary lead for high-profile content production projects, overseeing all phases from video brief conceptualization to final delivery
• Collaborate with creative and social teams to transform concepts into deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs
• Make creative contributions that enhance the final product while maintaining efficiency and budget control
• Manage budgets and schedules to maintain project efficiency
• Oversee both static and video projects, coordinating pre-production, filming, and post-production activities, including gear requests and prop management
• Manage direct client communication, ensuring alignment on creative vision and project expectations.
• Ensure all content and assignments are delivered on time, are accurately proofed for quality control and meet best-in-class quality standards
• Ensure adherence to legal guidelines
• Proactively identify and resolve production challenges with innovative solutions

Team Coordination:

• Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Manage the workflow of content team members for video productions.
• Participate in weekly client meetings, digital team calls, and social check-ins as needed.
• Manage crew and talent communications, shoot location searches, and casting needs.

What you have to have (Requirements)

• At least 5-7 years of production experience, with a focus on creative content. (agency, in-house, or freelance)
• Proficiency in managing content production across mediums and platforms.
• Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, proficiency with industry-standard video applications such as the Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro X
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape, particularly social platforms (existing and emerging), social media trends, and content
• Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills: Shines in a fast-paced environment, managing frequent tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Experience concepting fresh content that retains viewers’ attention through storytelling techniques, unique production styles, and interactive elements that encourage participation and drive impact
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana and Monday.com to track progress, assign tasks, and report on project status.
• Ability to stay positive under tough timelines with a focus on building, fostering and nurturing relationships with cross-functional teams
• Resourceful, detail-oriented problem-solver with the ability to take ownership and initiative of content projects
• Experience in the photography, content, or consumer electronics space is a plus.
