MikeWorldWide is seeking a seasoned senior communications professional to join our team as Vice President, Corporate Reputation and Public Affairs. This high-visibility role requires a client service-obsessed leader with experience managing multi-dimensional, multi-workstream accounts.
The ideal candidate is a modern, integrated thinker with a deep understanding of the rapidly changing environment of public opinion, including digital and paid strategies, ESG expectations, and stakeholder engagement. They must be well-versed in reputation management, public relations, public policy, and community relations, with a focus on the tri-state area and New Jersey business and political environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level account management and strategic counsel to clients across the spectrum of modern reputation management.
- Structure and lead day-to-day operational and financial performance of integrated account teams.
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder communications programs across earned and owned media.
- Craft thoughtful points of view and recommendations based on a broad understanding of client landscapes and business environments.
Requirements:
- At least 7-10 years of experience serving in a full-time role in a public relations agency or the communications department of a company in a relevant industry.
- Strong corporate reputation and communications background, with experience leading corporate programs for complex organizations.
